HSB FULL DAY

Harmful Sexual Behaviours Training Workshop

Learning Outcomes.

Professionals working with children and young people will be able to recognise the signs and indicators of inappropriate sexual behaviours and respond effectively.

Professionals will have confidence in identifying and reporting inappropriate sexual behaviours, by using relevant multi agency assessment tools and working alongside Multi Agency Partners and Services.

This is a 1/2 day workshop aim at Childrens Homes staff teams.

County Lines Training

Overall Aims

Learning Outcomes 

• Understand the legal requirements related to the Responsible Individual role. 

• Share best practice on effective practical systems to fulfil the Responsible Individual role.

• Understand how to manage, support and learn from the inspection process. 

• Contribute to developments for improving care quality and performance of children’s homes

• Identify support needs and learn more about systems to support Responsible Individuals.

A certificate will be provided on completion of the workshop.
